Project Review : Chapter 18

SUMMARY: In this chapter, we discussed why it is necessary to have project reviews and the different types of project reviews. We also discussed the various aspects of project meetings – how to decide on the frequency of meetings, how to prepare the agenda, how to fix the time and place of the meeting and how to record and distribute minutes. We also discussed the advantages of project review meeting and two different ways in which meetings can be held between participants who are in different places.

There are three types of project reviews namely i) status reviews ii) design reviews and iii) process reviews.
